The Wechiau Girls Conference (WGC) is an annual 1 week conference in the Upper West Region of Ghana.

WGC was started in 2007 by Mrs. Deloranzo Sampson. It was her vision to give these suffering girls a chance in life through educational development. Since the inception the WGC, it has grown from 250 girls to over 700 girls.

The conference provides, 3 hot meals a day, new clothing, uniforms, flip flops/sandals, undergarments, polo shirts, mats, cups, bowls, tooth brushes, tooth paste, utensils, personal hygiene materials and much more for each individual girl.
